Overview

Americas Gunslinger is a 2015 sorrel American Quarter Horse reining stallion (AQHA 5681132) by Walla Walla Whiz and out of Americasnextgunmodel, a daughter of Colonels Smoking Gun (Gunner). His pedigree combines the Topsail Whiz and Shining Spark branches on his paternal side with the Gunner and Hollywood Dun It bloodlines on his maternal side, reflecting generations of selection for competitive reining ability. His sire, Walla Walla Whiz, is an accomplished reining performer and influential sire. His dam, Americasnextgunmodel, won the 2012 NRHA Open Futurity and earned more than US$305,000 in competition, providing a particularly strong maternal performance foundation. Her dam, Cee Dun It Do It, brings Hollywood Dun It into the female family. Americas Gunslinger established his own reining record in major NRHA competitions, including the NRHA Futurity, NRHA Derby, National Reining Breeders Classic, North American Reining Stakes and The Run For A Million. QData has reported US$96,967 in lifetime performance earnings; this total should be reconciled against the full NRHA competition history before being treated as final. Standing at Four Sixes Ranch in Texas and owned by Bosque Ranch Performance Horses, Americas Gunslinger combines an elite reining pedigree with documented competition at Open and Intermediate Open levels. Any breeding statistics, genetic-test results and international semen availability should be confirmed from current primary records before inclusion.
