Overview

One Roan Peptos (Q-55501) is an Australian Quarter Horse stallion whose pedigree brings together two of the most influential cutting families represented in Australian performance horse breeding. Foaled in 2003, the bay roan stallion is by Peptos Stylish Oak and out of One Moore Spin, combining the bloodlines of Peptoboonsmal, Docs Stylish Oak, Doc’s Spinifex and the influential One Moore female family. His sire, Peptos Stylish Oak, is by Peptoboonsmal and out of Moms Stylish Kat, bringing together the Peppy San Badger, Royal Blue Boon and Docs Stylish Oak lines. His dam, One Moore Spin, is by Doc’s Spinifex and out of One Moore Roc, placing One Roan Peptos firmly within a maternal family that has had a significant influence on Australian cutting and cattle-horse breeding. The resulting pedigree combines established American cutting genetics with a maternal line deeply embedded in the Australian performance horse industry. A full brother to One Stylish Pepto, One Roan Peptos represents a proven cross that has subsequently influenced breeding programs across cutting, campdrafting and broader cattle-horse disciplines. One Roan Peptos is now retired from competition and remains available to breeders via frozen semen, stored and distributed through Tamworth Equine Vet Centre.
