At three, Spooks Grand Slam split third in the NRHA Non-Pro Futurity and was champion of both the High Roller Reining Classic Non-Pro Futurity and the Reining by the Bay Non-Pro Futurity. At four, he was reserve champion in the Cactus Reining Classic Open Derby, champion of the Cactus Reining Classic Int. Open Derby, and a finalist in the NRHA Open Derby, the NRBC and Int. Open Derbies, and the Reining by the Bay Open Derby, while also splitting fourth in the Reining by the Bay Int. Open Derby and finishing seventh in the High Roller Reining Classic Non-Pro Stakes. At five, he won the High Roller Reining Classic Derby L3 Non-Pro Championship and was reserve champion of the High Roller Reining Classic L4 Non-Pro Derby, placing fifth in the NRHA L3 Non-Pro Derby and reaching the top 10 of the NRHA L4 Non-Pro Derby, with further finalist finishes in the Reining by the Bay L4 Non-Pro Derby and the Cactus Reining Classic L4 Open Derby. At six, he was reserve champion of the NRHA L4 Non-Pro Derby, champion of the Arizona RHA Best Of The West L4 Open Derby, third in the High Roller Reining Classic L4 Non-Pro Derby, and reserve champion of the Arizona RHA Mother's Day Slide L4 Non-Pro Derby, closing out the season with a top 10 finish in the NRHA L4 Open Derby, a finalist placing in the Run For A Million Open Reining Championship, and sixth in the Cactus Reining Classic L4 Open Derby (QData Custom Pedigrees, as at 26 Jan 2026).
